TICKET zu den FIDE-Wahlen akzeptiert Präsidium 25.02.2006 Zu den FIDE-Wahlen in Turin während der dortigen Schacholympiade hat das Wahlkampfbüro von Bessel Kok heute die offizielle Kandidatur eingereicht. Das sogenannte "Ticket" besteht aus fünf Bewerbern, die als FIDE-Präsident, stellvetretender Präsident, Vizepräsident, Schatzmeister und Generalsekretär antreten. Anatoli Karpow ist nicht unter den Kandidaten. Die Ankündigung trägt das Datum: Sat, 25 Feb 2006 00:00:59 +0100, ist also brandaktuell. Es kandidieren Bessel Kok, Ali Nihat Yazizi, Julio Ingolotti, Panupand Vijjuprabha, Geoffrey Borg. Letzterer leitet auch das Wahlkampfbüro. Die offizielle Meldung hat folgenden Wortlaut: The Right Move announces its ticket for the forthcoming elections - FIDE notifies TRM of acceptance of ticket nominations On the 21st of February 2006, and well before the announced deadline by FIDE of 2nd March, Dr Eric Keyzer, a partner from the legal firm, Allen & Overy, in Amsterdam, presented the paperwork of the five candidates forming the electoral ticket, for the Right Move, to the FIDE Offices in Athens.
